Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, all coffee bean sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee.

If there is an issue with your order - such as damage, incorrect item, or quality concern - please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
